of one additional P. A to Gangaikondan S.O and augmentation of Staff (P.A) to the office –reg.
I bring the following
for kind notice and taking further action.
Gangaikondan
S.O is having heavy work load. This office is a finacle S.O. It is having 6
B.Os. The SPM and P.A are able to complete the work only at 7 P.M daily. Now
there are 123 New accounts and 20 closures are pending at this office. It is
not able to complete the above work by the existing staff.Therefore, it is
requested that one P.A may kindly be deputed to the S.O immediately to clear
the above work.
Further It is requested that the
augmentation of staff of P.As may kindly be carried out by after calling for of
latest EST 2 statistics of the office. One additional P.A may kindly be
attached to the office till getting augmentation of staff.
I hope that action will be
taken by SSPos early as mentioned above.
